Hi Jess,
I've also had the Pudendal Neuropathy diagnosis (among other things). And yes I had the Caudal Injection. It did nothing for me but increase my pain. But everyone is different. Some people do respond to these injections. But I've had a lot of them (different ones) and none of them helped. Billye

![]() Yes, right now I have also started physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction. My pelvic muscles are very tight and we are working on loosening them. it is possible that the tight muscles may have impinged on or irritated the pudendal nerve. So I think I am going to go the med and PT route first, and then if need be nerve blocks... I haven't heard a ton of great things about the nerve blocks from people and the thing that concerned me was the nurse in the Pain Managment office told me that some patients go in for them like a scheduled haircut.
