I've had the "it feels like my feet are broken" pain too...
I once broke my bone behind my little toe so I know what it feels like, and this is like that, except it isn't constant... sometimes it is there, sometimes not... sometimes it shoots though you, and sometimes it happens when you stand up then it suddenly dissapears....
The Doc's are not helpful about that this is... they just write it off as another weird sensation caused by the neuropathy. (They think mine is auto-immune, but can't give me steroids even though when I was on massive IV dose steroids for my Optic Neuritis my feet greatly improved, as I have the tendency for High Blood sugar.)
