Hi Jim,
Your description reminded me of symptoms I had sometimes during my RSI/TOS injury.
{repetitive strain injury /thoracic outlet syndrome.}

What kind of work or hobbies do you do?
could it be from a repetitive type injury?

Have you looked up cubital tunnel, tennis elbow, golfers elbow or ulnar nerve pain?

Is there any ongoing tension or tightness in your neck or shoulders?
