Generally Back Problems take some time for curing. Everything can't happen overnight. So be patient. Get your scans & consult with your ortho., doctor. hmm... last week I met my neighbor who was suffering with the unexplained back problem. He said he is cured almost by getting some sort of customized back pain program from irehab.com. But actually I can't recollect what all he said. But he told it was very effective after trying all medications. Better try them.
