Hi Di,

I'm not sure it would be worth mentioning the auditory issues until any deafness becomes noticeable, if it ever does. Some people suffer from tinnitus but never develop any hearing impairment. If there's measurable deafness then it might be worth pursuing further investigations, whatever the suspected cause.
Your time with the Doctor might be limited so it might be best to stick to known symptoms.
