Is there a maximum dosage in a day for Omega-3? I am taking Omega-3 1200 mg a day with the purpose of easing my GERD? I want to increase the dosage but I am wondering if it will help.
BTW, I have a history of high cholesterol. In fact, it runs in teh family (from grandparents, parents, uncles/aunties and all of my siblings). Since I started taking Omega-3 regularly, my cholesterol and triglycerides have been normal |
