Before my 2nd accident in 98, I used to go to the Caribbean and scuba dive. When I was first getting certified, I thought no way. Lugging around all this equipment, (but the folks on the dive boat are a huge help).

Anyway, the effect is pretty much the same as HBOT. I thought I'd be in bed for a day at least, after the first day.. Nope I woke up feeling great, and was ready for more!
It's wonderful to dive, the sights are incredible, it's truly like God's own "Fish tank".
