well I couldn't find a chart that I really liked - I liked but i did find this - it shows what area of the body is affected at the various levels of the spine.
http://www.echiropractic.net/nervechart.htm Local hosp will at least check for heart problems I would think - or they may choose to transport you to philly, but you might have to pay if ambulance . how far away is philly?

you shouldnt wait,,go to the ER,,your symptoms sound serious,,no joking around,,go,,,dont worry about a wasted trip in a ER on the weekend,,its better than being dead,,I feel your pain,,please go,,,,,your bottom number on your blood presure is way too high,,,,,the bottom number is the worst of the two,,,,,,May the lord give you relief,,I will be praying for you,,,,,,,,
