Default Perineum issues ?

About 2 weeks ago I got a sharp pain down in the left side of my perineum .
Since then ,the pain is a dull aching and constant, it seems like the pain is getting worse . 7 years ago , I had a Fistula repaired, and I also in the last couple of years , have had a fissure pop up and heal on its own,,the Last DR I saw during the exam, noted some scar tissue which explained the recurrance,,so to keep healthy ,i just had to stay away from peanuts and such, which would cause another episode,
But , what im feeling now feels different,,dull aching pain,,cramping,,sometimes a sharp stabbing pain,,pressure, expecially if i cough or sneeze,,Its too low to be a hernia,,but my pelvic floor muscles have radiating pain , But consistant pain on the left side ,,,,,Sitting and lying down does not bring relief,,
I looked into possible prostate [prostatitis] and Pudental nerve entrapmet/neuralgia....when I researched the P.N it said that prolonged pain could lead to CRPS..{great]....Im taking cipro and saw-palmetto and advil as a precaution,,,,Any insight and Idea's are welcomed,,,,I havent read anything about migration in that area, although I can only pray that its not,,,thanks ,,,,,,,,,,,,,bobber
