Default Vegan diet?

I am so glad to hear this news. I too went to a naturopathic doctor in January of this year. I have been following a stricter diet, than the gluten free. She too told me that things would probably get worse before they get better and they have. However, I am not giving up, she said it could take up to a year!!!!

This news is such a blessing to me, thank you for sharing.
