Default Mag

Hi,
Lyme patients and Fibro patients need this continuously as some do not assimilate any Mag. The pathogens use it to survive. The best kind to take is Mag Glycinate . It is the only kind that does not cause stomach upset or GI pain. Also we use Magnesium oil spray. One is Ancient Magnesium oil and can't remember the other one. It is an amazing pain reliever and can also be absorbed into the system. Hope this helps.
