My physiotherapist is recommending that I give this therapy, "Recognise - Limb Laterality Application" a try.
She says that my since my foot is healed long ago it's my brain we need to work on. Something to do with giving the brain back more definition to try to break the pain signals. Does anyone here have any experience with this type of therapy? It's supposed to lead up to mirror therapy. Warm wishes. MsL
