I don't mind, ever..See since I filed..Allsup walked me thru the filing process.. My former empoyer hired them to do this with me..saved me lawyer help.. anyway..they told me from day one that the first chunk of change would not be mine as it is considered an overpayment to me..As I have already received my disability payment from my employers LTD insurance company for the month of October.... I have much to understand yet..
