I just started using Melatonin and it is working well...I used it years ago when I was going through my divorce and completely forgot about it. I just got ove a bout with the flu, so it really messed with my sleep pattern. I have my grandson this week so I am afraid to take the Melatonin while he's here (he's only 5 mos) I'm afraid I won't hear him if he wakes up....thanks so much for all the advice. I don't know what I would do without all of you!!
