Hello Fairlight,
I have those curling issues and the feeling they are beginning to cramp if I move my foot certain ways. I walk on the back outside edge of my feet because of swelling, so I seldom put weight on the ball of my foot. And I have a lot of numbness, especially while sitting, but it is more like my foot and lower leg are in a constant state of waking up after what we would call 'being asleep'. I don't wear shoes or socks unless required by law, oversized slippers are my footwear of choice.

have a quiet day,
gramE
