im delighted to here that you are on track now! We all have those lousy days when its difficult (almost impossible) stay positive
Its never a foolish thing write in here, I found loads of support here too. From time to time i've read few posts wrote by me/and others. Re-reading to "re-charge my batteries" we are on the same boat at end of the day.
