I couldn't do those, they are too, too hot for me. Things like that really burn my tongue. I don't do mint either, sometimes spearmint but not peppermint. I do use a cinnamon toothpaste, but sparingly because it burns so much.

I don't remember the name it began with an R. Ask you dentist.

Was this a toothpaste or something else? My dentist gave me a prescription toothpaste that is supposed to help but it's still really bothering me.

At lease two of my meds are responsible for mine . Clonidine and Adiphex. The Clonidine is for BP and I was supposed to be taking one in the morning and one at night but that caused severe painful dry mouth, so I cut. Out the morning one. I still take 3 BP pills And I'm down in the normal range so I probably didn't need two. The other is my ADD med to quiet my mind. I've never taken the gabapentin.

Mine started when I started taking Topamax.

Default dry mouth

I too have severe problems with dry mouth. In addition to RSD/CRPS I have Sjogren's syndrome which affects the salivary glands among other things. My rheumy prescribed a medication called Salagen (Pilocarpine HCL) and it has helped a lot. Hope this helps.
