I read your original post and I am sorry you decided to take it down.

I get so frustrated I could - well I don't know what. I get angry too. This RSD is an awful thing to have. I am in my 11th year now.

My elderly Mom lives with me. She has always been "spry" and at 86 still does the majority of the housework. Now, she is slipping mentally.

RSD is frustrating enough -- but living with my Mom is really getting ... ah... "interesting." I have no siblings and the only other relative is her sister 3 states away. She has outlived all her friends, so it is just Mom and I.

I certainly understand being angry!

I have certainly been in the same situation lately with everything that has been going on...but you should never feel guilty for venting out those emotions. In my experience I find that venting is often the only way I ever get rid of them because when I don't let them out they just sit inside and fester. But I vent, let out my frustrations, and then I get over it because what other choice do we have?

I'm very glad that you are feeling better today, though. My BF usually tells me after big downer days/moments that I get a day to mope and that's all I'm allowed. And while I personally don't' like moping at all, it is better to just do it, get it over with, and move on for me. You know we're always here for you and ready to listen and support.

I am not sure what the deleted post said. I do feel a good vent can help and a good cry too. Keeping the feelings in sometimes makes me feel even more trapped. Also expressing the feelings can help one move forward
Hope things look up asap. Sending warm thoughts to all

Default hi

hey Lori,
I read your post and really wished you would of left it up too, I also wished I would of gotten my chit together and replied sooner because I am darn angry too and thought your post was in a way what I was feeling too, darn angry. I will try and get back on this post and let me anger feelings pour as I have no one and no place to let it out, so I thank you so much for giving me a place to scream my head off, well maybe I won't scream but I think you know what I mean.

your a doll!

I think we all need a place or person to vent to sometimes. Living with CRPS sucks. Anger is to be expected at times. But then we move on.

I've got a mother in a nursing home with dementia, seizures, strokes, falls, and that caretaking is also taking a toll on me.
