Have they explored other possible causes for the neck spasms?
Or do they think the RSD spread there from the arm? PT hasn't been able to help at all with the spasms? Have they tried ultrasound, IF stim or electric simulation of some type, low level laser, manual trigger point work, massage? A few members benefited from chiropractic care (expert & gentle).
