When you go to post a reply, under "additional options" click "manage attachments" and then you can upload a file from your computer by clicking "browse" and then after you've selected it click "upload". Usually pictures are jpegs.

Hope that helped... or you could put your photos on photobucket and then copy the image link to a post.
