My legs and feet don't want to warm up at night either. I tried the pillow thing as my Dr. said but I toss and turn too much. My feet are cold right now and it's warm in my place.
It sounds like there are some other good ideals to try such as foot baths and gauze. I will try some of these. My legs and feet take forever to warm up at night but the rest of my body stays too hot. Ada |
