I have had some success with arm sleeves made for runners. They are Asics brand. They are not as tight as the under armor ones as they have more give. They keep me arm warm and also make it easier to wear a shirt against my skin. I did have trouble finding them. I actually went to a store that specializes in running/walking. Good Luck

i too use the columbia shirt. i use it as an under shirt. though I don't have the beast in both arms and it isn't as bad in my arms as my legs but i find it helpful re warmth and a more comfortable way to control the swelling in my arm. my legs I'm stuck with compression stockings and i use them as only if i can't avoid it. i already use sneakers that are 3 sizes larger than my shoe size . but when I don't fit into them or my regular socks i need the compression stockings. and boy when i get home I can't get these things off my feet quick enough, and nothing seems to warm my feet and legs up, unless RSD decides its time to burn instead of freeze. owe!!!!
