Confused Prialt trial. Scared

Hi guys,
I'm new here and scared. I have RSD in both feet and legs. I have gone from limping, to a cane, to a walker, to a wheelchair.
I have done all the usual treatments. Epidurals, nerve blocks, surgeries, and now I am waiting for the prialt trial.
It feels like this is the end. The last stop on the pain train. I am scared that this won't work and that there isn't anything else they have to offer me.
Have any of you had a successful prialt trial? What about the pain pump surgery? How bad is the recovery? Thank you for your help, Lisa
