hey debbie, My best friend did act(not by choice) she suffered severe bipolar issues , pathological issues , and hyper depression. it was a horrible couple of years for her and myself.. as my wife and I basically took care of her.. after treatment she was better but it caused other issues with she deals with..plus memory loss of a couple of years. she is spotty for the years she was in psych programs. as far as use for pain management.. I believe you and another friend ar using the TDCS treatment with little to no results..ect is basically the same treatment at a higher voltage. and where I can see and understand the science they use to explain its use and possible asset towards getting better . I believe the science is incomplete, and therefore unreliable and possibly dangerous especially when you have RSD and any trauma can make it spread. and trust me act is trauma... again like i said my best friend did this (she came out not suicidal ) but with other physical issues that they did not explain were a possibility. I hope this helps...
