Default Im hurtin!

I had surgery , a hip replacement on 11/11/11, and was in the Hospital for 11 days. I told them right after surgery i was in pain beyond all belief. My heart rate was up to 162, and I even had a cut on my chest. dont know what from. them told me i was soft, and just give it time? I could barely do rehab, as you couldnt touch my skin. It been months, and now I find out that the EMG,"that was taken 4 months ago", says I have a NON RESPONSIVE LEFT TIBIAL MOTOR ,AND LEFT SUPERFICIAL PERONEAL SENSORY NERVE. Lwyer tells me that it is hard to prove RSD, CPRS? I didnt go in the Hospital with it? i am ,"or was" damn near in NFL shape, now I a 4o yr old scrbe who can barley walk. Cant workout, swim, valloball, nothing. Cant even ride a bike, and dont have a job. I know I have a case, and would love to go to rail. As I can barley lift my leg. How is someene to live like this? What amount should I sue for? Can someone give me an idea? The surgery took aver 5 hrs! And im sure something went wrong!
