Default so hard to walk.

hi all.i am having a realy hard time walking.in the afternoon my ankle is so tired and weak ,if i had a brace to where in the afternoon does anyone think it would help?i am about at the end of my rope.i realy could use some advice.thank you all very much for being there for me.

I would say try it. but you might wind up in more pain because of sensitivity. but as long as its not surgical.. its worth a try. I get that pain too its like some one or something is crushing your ankles in a nut cracker.. I am thick I usually try to just walk through it and deal at the end of the day. but sometimes it winds up being a week or two of punishment for my stupidity.. I wish you well If you try this let me know how it goes for you..best wishes

Braces are not recommended with rSd it can cause further damage. Ask your dr. to order you a roll about. One is shown on my profile page. This helps alot when you are out and about.

When you are home and having problems try soaking in epsom salts. This helps also.
