Default Pool water too cold painful

i

Hello everyone. Had a few bad days. Saw that pool therapy can help. I got in my pool for two minutes today. Guess water was too cold because I started to get burning pain. Not that I don't have burning pain every day, but this was not just my limbs. My entire body and at the same time, I got the chills. Horrible!

I currently go to physical therapy three times a week. I barely make it twice a week cause I'm hurting too bad to drive. Was seeing a chiropractor, but that made the symptoms worse. My insurance company Aetna reccommended the PT and chiro because they don't cover Ketamine treatments. My insurance is changing August 1st to AmeriHealth. I have to call and see if they cover Ketamine treatments. Okay, I've been awake over 24 hours so going to bed. This is odd because I usually have chronic fatigue and sleep a lot. Feel free to give me any advice. Thank you.

I'm glad I found this site again. Have to put in my favorites so I don't forget how to find this great site. Gentle hugs to you all.

Dawn
