Default loss of friends

i have found as caregiver of my daughter who has RSD, my friends don't invite me much. Family says they care, but have stopped asking how we are, it makes me think. And when I say just a text would be nice to know a hello, they say oh. As almost 4 years into this I could say it is tougher with loss of friends. I have had the comment, " i don't want to worry you with my problems" I have said but they take the focus off of mine and i get a breather and get to know others. No calls back. I would say hold dearly the friends that are really there and know others have become people you know. I am sad to say. This is a great site to find compasionnete people who really get what you are going through.
