My physical therapist asked if I had been in the sun because my face and neck were beet red. I hadn't been in the sun, it was just my nerves being "hyperactive." I have this problem regularly - especially when I'm stressed out.

I have tried using Olbas Oil on the areas that are burning. It immediately takes the burning away, but comes back after a few minutes. It also doesn't smell the best - atleast for an office setting. If you were at home, it can even be pleasant. It reminds me of the oils that masseuse use. You can get it on the internet at HerbalRemedies.com. I also use it for stuffy noses. I put a little on a kleenex and put it in the pillow case. It works wonderfully without medication. My husband says it smells like Vicks. It has peppermint oils, eucalyptus oils.

Something to try.

Thanks for listening.

Beth.
