Default Did you know?

I just found out early this morning that November is RSD/CRPS awareness month. I have seen HIV awareness and heart health and breast cancer but nothing on our disease on tv. If there is an awareness month shouldn't it be use to raise awareness in the publics and drs eyes? Just thought I would ask.

I didn't know that. Thanks for telling us. At least it's a start to raising awareness about RSD/CRPS. Thanks again!

Nice we need to get more people informed in ALL countries especially the drs. I already posted a video on my facebook page. I am going to try and get all the people I know informed and educated so they know if I hurt its not them its me.

Yes I knew, and I posted something on my FB page last week which a few friends have copied. We just keep plugging away people!

Yes, i echo what Kevscar said. Go to RSDHope.org and they have awareness ribbons etc. and pamphlets. I have given ribbons to my Dr.'s and have given pamphlets to my SSDI Attorney. It's a great site for all kinds of articles.

This disease is rare so "walks" etc. are difficult to organize. Too bad being independantly wealthy does not come with this disease, I think folks like us could gather and go out and really make a difference.

Last year I tried to do a walk and get awareness in the State of Kentucky. I called many TV and newspapers and only 1 station called me back for an interview. We had a small turn out but I still felt like I did something. This year I am not well enough to do it nut will still try to get some kind of awareness be it facebook twitter and writing a letter in the paper

Default Pepsi Hope CRPS/RSD

Please google your local distributor as well as the National switchboard. The National number is 1.800.433.2652. Please tell them you saw the Pepsi Campaign from Admiral Beveraging and RMRSD for CRPS/RSD and that you would like it to reach more than 5 states and you would like a National Campaign for next year. They monitor every call, so the more calls the better the chance.
