I'm so pleased for you! Yes I got relief my first night of just 50mg of Lyrica, which is why I've not upped the dose this time. Long may it last! When I took amitriptyline (first drug I was given for it) it helped within a week, but wore off within three months. So far I've been on this low dose Lyrica for over six months and it's still doing ok

CRPS started in left knee after op in Aug. 2011
Spread to entire left leg and foot, left arm, right foot.

Coeliac since 2007.
Patella femoral arthritis both knees.
