Default Don't skip meds!

Today I found out the hard way not to skip my meds.
I slept late after staying up almost all the night before. I am guessing that my thinking was out of wack because I not only missed taking my morning dose but forgot to take my noon dose too. By mid-afternoon I was in very severe pain to the point that I could barely move.
Now I'm back home and caught up but now very groggy. I hope I never do that again!
Good night all. zzz
