Default Rsd spreading question

I have had RsD in my upper arms-hands-shoulder for 32plus years it is spreading into my legs but my back hurts to like inside my spine anyone have rsd in there back it is like a lot of pressure an the pain pills are not working I can move an it doesn't hurt.
