Default Hugs hugs and more hugs

It just keeps on coming for you. Just take deep breaths, breathe through your nostrils and count to ten every time the other sister talks to you, smile and act vague as if you are on new medication that's made you a little hazy and if possible give a little giggle every now and then. Do not let her get under your skin, with the tooth, nana and your pain levels you have more than enough on your plate without having to deal with her. We are here for you so feel free to vent.

Sometimes it rains, sometimes it pours, and sometimes it pours buckets. We all have weeks from hell occasionally. I recently did a root canal, "oh you might have cancer" thing two days after that, and got a call from my brother two days later that two of my cousins kids had died in an accident thing. Although no annoying family visited so maybe it wasn't quite so bad as your week.

I try to remember that sometimes life just kicks us while we're down but the good times seem to outnumber the bad. And because I can't help a good joke. If you think you just can't take another moment with your sister, remind yourself that it's only murder if they find the body. Maybe a good joke will help you through another hour.

That's a boatload Heidi. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend and that so much has hit you at once. As all say, take your time to breathe, vent, cry or scream, giggle, find a good distraction or whatever you can to lighten the load...

Above all, first and foremost take care of you.

Hana

Heidi - I read this today "don't think you must attend every argument you are invited to". Think about it. You are in control. You decide where to spend your precious energy.
