Unhappy The dreaded weather effect...

It's a cold morning here with rain approaching so I woke up to "electric pain" and bone ache in my left forearm and hand. The aching is in the area of a four inch plate which was placed when I had my wrist fused.
I would make a good forecaster...

Russell, I think a worldwide network of CRPS sufferers would probably be able to put the forecasters out of a job pretty quickly!!

We are having funny weather too, one minute sunshine, the next darkness, hail, heavy rain, cold, wind, the whole shebang. Everything aches today and my feet and back are burning a lot last night and today. Oh to be in a nice stable warm climate without these dramatic highs and lows....

Take care, and hope you feel better soon x

Bram.

Sorry Russell, I had to reply because i'm in the same boat. We are finally having weather and i am in pain beyond my limit.. . Pain just skyrockets with the barometric and temperature changes. The plate in my neck feels like it will break and my arms like an electrical fire passing through. I use one finger to type.. how can anyone ever question what we go through with this?

Best to you today...

Hana

Hi Russell, I hope the weather warms up for you and for all of us real soon. It's been a brutal winter and I"m ready for heat. I have had cold rainy weather here in NJ and it will be like that all weekend. I have been wearing maxi dresses becaise they are light and don't touch my stomach with elastic. They are gerat for after surgerical procedures. But I have to wear a sweater with them beacuse it's so cold still. Hopefully warmer days are coming. I hope you feel better soon. I will pray that you do . From your friend, Renee. PS sorry about typos. Fingers don't want to work today.

Default the weather..just answered my question

Well Russ sounds like we have the same issue. I had fusion plate and 9 screws in Nov due to priecers. Today my hand has blown up like a balloon, red and burning.
was wondering why the blow up sort of speak. Weather makes sense..its crappy here in mo. Thanks for mentioning it.
