I know it's hard, but try to keep the faith Shelly. You have crps and it is a very debilitating condition. If you can't work because of it, then you have every right to ask for help. I am praying for you everyday. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Bummer. My reaction on reading your thread in the SS section was that that will just lengthen the process. I hope that you get good news, but the ME reports scare me.

Hi Shelly,
I went thru this fight & I'm not sure what combo of things finally got mine awarded last week. Guesses?............My orig. surgeon admitted & finally put in writting that 1. the condition of my hand had reached it's max. improvement (30%) after 1 yr. of every kind of intensive treatment 2. He DID NOT recommend ANY further surgery to "correct" my condition (as stated by S.S. Dr.). Another thing is that milestones of being over 50 is good, over 55 better & I turned 55 last mo. I should put it in my signature that "sorry guys I can't post much as I'm very slow one handed'.

This waiting is just horrible
I talked to my representative yesterday. She submitted her final brief after the ME (medical experts) opinions came in. I'm doing my best to try and not stress and worry, but it is near impossible! It seems so unfair that your future sits in the palm of 1 persons hand.
