Today is a beautiful day because.... I feel better after our "outing" yesterday. Michael and I had to make a 60-mile round trip journey to Idaho to get smoking supplies, as they cost twice as much here in Wa.

We drove down winding 2-lane roads, between fields full of young grain and stands of pine trees and newly blossoming fruits, as well. I saw cows and horses, several hawks, pheasants & quail.

I never leave this apt., except to go to Dr.s or grocery shopping. I hadn't realized just how much of my depression was coming from not being out in God's country. The city doesn't fill those needs for me, never has. I need green fields, pretty trees, and animals roaming to feel truly at peace... and I got just that yesterday.

Heart

It is beautiful today because I had 2 hours of pain relief in one of my legs from a LSB!

It is beautiful today because my 1 month old brother smiled at me for the first time (first time he has actually returned a smile to someone! and I am the special first one!)!!

It is beautiful today because I have a reasonable, more understanding pain management doctor!

It is beautiful today because I have 2 loving parents and the sweetest 10 siblings anyone could ask for!

It is beautiful today because my pansies reseeded themselves from last year and are now blooming in a pot outside!

It is beautiful today because I am feeling hopeful!

It is beautiful today because I have a few understanding caring friends!

It is beautiful today because I have the support, understanding and love from you all here...

...and Roz is so sweet and beautiful!

Goodnight all!

it's a beautiful day today because:

i haven't been online for several days and catching up is fun especially with a neat thread like this!

my little grandsons (2 and 3) 'helped' me plant 'in-your-face-blue' morning glories (never trust a 3-yr-old with a hose).

today is my last PT for a while.

i ordered some clothes online, they all came and they ALL fit!

i've lost 5 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!
