Magnesium oxide form is a laxative.... it doesn't work and just makes you "go".
This lotion if you are in the US is at WalMart and Walgreen's...and is just very handy and excellent. I think it is better absorbed than the epsom salt baths. It is also now on Amazon.com http://www.mortonsalt.com/for-your-h...-epsom-lotion/ Use directly on the target area... only small amounts are necessary. This is not a moisturizer, and the magnesium should be used carefully. Start with a quarter sized dollop on you arm once a day and see what happens. If you take blood pressure drugs, monitor your pressures. This lotion lowers my blood pressure from high readings to normal.
