Just wanted to welcome and I'm so sorry for what you're going through.
Two weeks ago I fractured my calcaneus (heel) and probably tore a tendon or ligament to boot, it's the most painful thing. Dr told me actually sprains have more pain than breaks so I so feel for you. The top of my foot is numb and big toe but so painful at the same time, crazy. I hope you get relief very soon. ![]() |

Sorry your dealing with so much and dr can be many times so idiots and recommended you the wrong thing s and get worse .
Best thing i learned is get education the most you can about rsd and know and understand 100% what you are dealing with so when you have questions your dr won't give you a dome answer . The next link s might be provide some help you need, the first www.rsds.org and www.rsdhope.org also hope you soon learn how to deal with the changes we faced everyday because everyday with rsd will be different but you can get better ,try to avoid ice. Ice is a big no no , and learn more of how stress also is a big trigger to flare and pains, gentle loving hugs and take care from Jesika , ![]()
