I havent found anything that works for the storms. I can feel them coming though.
I have found that not taking the meds on a set schedule helps a lot. When I was taking the meds on a time clock schedule, they seemed to not work as good. One day my doctor asked if I was doing that, and I told him I was. He told me to change up the times, and sometimes the dosage so my body wouldnt get too used to that schedule, and start screaming for them before it was time. It worked, so now I mix it up every couple of days so my body isnt anticipating the meds, and my body doesnt know to want them at a certain time. ![]()

I wish I had an answer to help but I do not. However I am comforted to know that I am not the only one who has weather triggers. I live in pa and I know it's going to rain two days before it does by the increased pain level. I am dreading the winter to see what it brings my way

I've never been a fan of the pa weather and I know that my hand/wrist react poorly to cold so that alone disregarding weather patterns I think will be rough.....I wish we could move but now is not a good time at all to even consider it. It will be what it will be.....or I'll be on vacation from November-may lol hmmmmmmm I wish

I'm a fan of baths with Epsom Salts but when that is inconvenient, you might want to try a bottle of Epsom Salt lotion.
I've found that it's best if I break my activities up. Pay close attention to how you're feeling and if it means 5 or 10 minutes of activity and half an hour or hour of a quiet activity, then so be it... You'll eventually learn how to best deal with your limitations and focus your time and attention on things that most matter to you and your family. ![]() |
