Sending good thoughts and prayers your way. Take care of yourself...bad flares are a scary thing...especially if you have been doing relatively well lately. I hope you find some relief soon. Hugs.

Hey Songbird,
I am Blackfoot and going to a spirit dance tonight. I will smoke and sing in your name. I hope it does you good...

I'm so, so sorry to hear what you're going through, Songbird!!!

I'd say to hell with feelings - go to the ER with someone that loves you and get some relief! I totally know what you mean, though - I suffer from the invisible disease of CFS and am the constant butt of rolled eyes and condescending comments.

I just went through 5 months of chemo for ovarian cancer and had to go to the ER 4 times. I kept putting it off because it IS embarrassing, but finally by the last 2 times, I just said to hell with it, it's stupid to put it off and get worse, and I just went, and got the treatment my body needed.

Your last post was 12 hours ago, so you're probably in a different time zone, but you have my prayers as soon as I hit the post button.

lots of gentle hugs and support
