Hope you are finding some relief! Sending good thoughts and prayers to you.
The weather this past week kicked my butt! Rainy for three days, but sunny today. I spent the day in bed yesterday, did not sleep, but laid there because sitting was not a good option. I got up only to shower, bathroom and get something to eat or drink. Felt so much better today, so I went out to eat with my husband and his parents. Explained my allergies so clearly to the waiter and he assured me "no problem" but I was glutened or something...UGH! Been so sick for the past 4 hours. |

yeah, the weather's been miserable here too - I was wondering if that was playing a part ... but whatever it is, go to the ER if it will help!
