hi there..
What meds are you on?
I gained almost 40 lbs on amitriptyline so I was switched to trazadone, and off of the gabipentin and onto lyrica.. and I have now lost almost 30 of the extra pounds I had gained from the year before.

ALSO.. here is the 4 F's diet for patients with RSD
