I've had blurred vision with RSD also, especially on very high pain days, during a flare etc. One time however the blurred vision was caused by medication (Amitriptyline) so you may want to think if there is any changes in medications etc that could be contributing to it.

I have a computer software programme where I am able to talk to the computer and it types what I am saying. Its called Dragon Software. Its pretty expensive but it is useful so that may help you as well.

I hope things improve, I know how scary it can be.
