Need some ideas
So this RSD/CRPS is a new diagnosis for me and I'm trying to learn everything I can. I am making some 'modifications' to allow for more mobility/independence. One of my problems is I think I am pushing too hard. It may be that I haven't been as mobile for the past week or so & in being more mobile the past 2 days, my muscles are freaking out. I need some suggestions...
Spasms. Ugh. The spasms. I have this little muscle in the arch of my foot that is constantly spasming/twitching. Is there a trick to get it to stop?
I also need some suggestions on cleaning floors. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping. I tried but I cannot seem to do any of these tasks. Is there a particular vacuum that is super easy/light that is good on tile floors too? I have a shark steam mop, but it broke in the move & I'm not sure that would be the best option. Does anyone have a roomba &/or a scooba?
