Default Important CRPS review/future direction article

Came across this article from the Pain journal reproduced by International Association of Study of Pain "global year against neuropathic pain campaign". It seems quite a shift in understanding with implications for personalised medicine. I'd be interested in your thoughts? What sort of phenotype do you think you are if any and has it fit with your experience of what works best with tmt? I clearly see myself as fitting into the Central neuroplasticity phenotype.
