Has anyone noticed an improvement in pain after starting curcumin supplement? Does it also help with circulation issues?

I don't deal with your issues BUT turmeric addresses all inflammation and many swear by it. I take it daily. When I make my soups, I open 2 caps and add it to my soups as well.

I'm going to start taking a 93% pure extract of curcurminoids from turmeric. The turmeric supplements I was taking did nothing for my pain. It was just the regular potency.
I read a couple of articles about this higher potency and concentration, and it's benefit to help inflammation in the body. I also found a study that said there is also some evidence that it can help neuropathic pain. That's what I have from my allodynia, peripheral neuropathy and sciatica. It's sure worth a try! |
