Default intestinal cystitis?

hi all. i hope you're having a low pain week. i have been having a new problem now. for the past week i have had trouble with my stomach that is getting worse each day. i think i may have a uti maybe my with my bladder but am not sure and am seeing dr tomorrow to find out. its a horrible pain in my lower abdomen and i have been practically living in the bathroom. sorry if this is tmi. i've heard of other rsd and fibromyalgia people who have had intestinal cystitis. not sure if spelling is correct. just wondering if what i have sounds like this. i also feel like i have flu like symptoms. i am really suffering with this and its scaring me. any advice would be greatly appreciated. i hope i don't have diabetes. thanks and hope you all have a restful nite.
