Heart Hello!

Hello all my sweet friends,

I haven't been around in a while, and wanted to stop in and say hi. I hope you are doing well.

Things had started improving the other week, but I am back in another flare up due to stress/ heat and I am playing the whole pass out, fall onto floor, burn like mad, nausea/ vomiting and so on game... so I am not doing too well, though doing my best to try and cope through it, as I am very busy with school (I am doing it through the summer as I have extra because of my RSD causing me to take too many days off), am about to take online school classes, my family is going through a lot, and I am trying to keep up with friends and family.

I saw the rheumatologist, and I have still not come to a firm conclusion as to what is going on. As far as if I do or don't really have RSD. It's not been fun trying to get doctors to listen to me! But that is the way it often goes, much to my dismay. There isn't much to say, other than I think that doctors need to learn to listen to their patients!

I am scheduled to get an EMG of both UEs and LEs. I am having tons of blood work done... I am no longer getting the nerve blocks as the other PM Dr at my PM doctor's practice has said he doesn't agree with my diagnosis, and the block only lasted 2 hours, so he wasn't going to do that again.

Grr... I wish I knew that it wasn't RSD, but I have this bad feeling that it IS! I wish the doctors could tell me beyond a shadow of a doubt that it wasn't...

I see the neuro in July- and the rheumatologist agreed- he is the one who can give me some answer about the nerve pain, the symptoms and my movement problems. I hope so!!

Hugs and love to all!
