Sorry but I will be of no help...but I wanted to wish you a good procedure for tomorrow. Keep your spirits up....many moons ago I had a steriod shot in my foot.....dunno if that is what you will be getting....don't worry it is a lot to take in and being the patient as well....soft hugs and please keep us posted on how things go.....
